If You Are an Incarcerated Individual

If your facility allows inmate-placed orders, follow these steps:

1. Confirm StepTwo Footwear Is Approved
   Check with your facility to ensure we're an approved vendor.

2. Request a Catalog
   Ask your counselor or write to us directly to receive a printed catalog.

3. Complete the Order Form
   Include:

   • Full name and DIN (Department Identification Number)

   • Facility name and address

   • Item number, size, color

   • Total amount due

4. Include Payment
   Most facilities accept money orders or checks. Verify accepted payment types.

You can easily place an order online on behalf of your loved one.

To Order Online:

2. Choose Inmate-Approved Shoes
   Select styles that meet facility guidelines.

3. Add to Cart
   Pick the correct size and color.

4. At Checkout: Just Enter the Inmate’s DIN Number
   That’s it! No need for full address—the DIN links directly to the facility in our system.

5. Complete Payment
   Use a secure method such as credit/debit card.

6. Confirmation & Tracking
   You’ll get email updates and tracking info once the order ships.
